The Benefits Of Using SAQ® From An Early Age

A six-year-old girl from Rutland who has been doing SAQ® training since she was just two-years-old is already enjoying the benefits of following the SAQ® principles from an early age; both from a physical and educational point of view.

Imogen (pictured), who was introduced to the concepts by her mother, Ineke, is now performing well in different sports and very highly in English, Maths and Science at school.

SAQ® International Managing Director, Alan Pearson, said, “This photograph of Imogen shows that she has wonderful posture and balance. She has a great arm drive and perfect foot placement, and everything is linear. This is a wonderful example of how regular practise can produce perfect performance in young people.

“This is why, here at SAQ®, we are constantly working and encouraging schools, nurseries, kids clubs and parents to use the programme. All children can move like this if given the right training and all parents, nursery nurses, teachers and teaching assistants can pass on these skills, if they are given the right training.”
